Video won’t save or finish uploading

If your video response during a one-way video interview won't save or seems stuck while uploading, it's usually caused by a temporary interruption to your internet connection or limited network bandwidth.

This can happen if your connection briefly drops or if other devices or applications on your network are using a significant amount of bandwidth while your response is uploading.

How to resolve the issue

Try the following steps:

  1. Wait a few minutes to see if the upload completes on its own.
  2. Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  3. Pause or stop any large downloads, video streaming, or other bandwidth-intensive activities on your network.
  4. Refresh the page and try recording your response again.
  5. Restart your device, then reopen your one-way video interview using the original interview link.
  6. If the issue continues, try using a different supported browser.
