While uncommon, you may see a NotSupportedError when Spark Hire is trying to access your camera or microphone for a video interview.
This error is often caused by a VPN or a network configuration on the device you're using.
How to resolve the NotSupportedError issue
Try one of the following:
- Disconnect from your VPN (if you're using one) and try again
- Switch to a different internet connection or device that isn't connected through a VPN
- Refresh the page and try reconnecting your camera and microphone
