If you receive an error that says "NotReadableError", one of two things could be happening; either another application is accessing your media devices or your media device's driver may have crashed.

How to resolve the NotReadableError issue

Make sure you close all other applications that access your media devices such as Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Facetime, etc.

We also recommend restarting your computer before re-entering the interview.
