How to resolve the OverConstrained issue

1. Reboot the computer or mobile device.
2. Check to ensure that no other programs which may be accessing the webcam or microphone are running.
3. If the webcam and/or microphone are external, unplug it and plug it back in.
4. If the issue persists, try accessing the assessment using a private browsing or incognito window.
