My predictive behavioral assessment was canceled

If you received a notification that your Predictive Behavioral Assessment was canceled, it doesn't necessarily mean you're no longer being considered for the position.

There are several reasons why a Predictive Behavioral Assessment invitation might be canceled. For example, the company may have done so accidentally, to remediate a duplicate invitation, or because they are no longer hiring for that position.

Regardless, Spark Hire's advice is to not make assumptions and take the following steps.

What should I do?

If you're unsure whether you're still expected to complete a Predictive Behavioral Assessment, contact the company you're engaged with directly.

Only the hiring company can confirm whether the assessment was canceled intentionally, whether a new invitation will be sent, or whether any further action is required on your part.

Spark Hire provides the software platform but does not manage hiring decisions or Predictive Behavioral Assessment invitations on behalf of the company.
