If you need more time to complete your Predictive Behavioral Assessment—or your assessment has already expired—you'll need to contact the company that invited you directly.

My predictive behavioral assessment has already expired

If your Predictive Behavioral Assessment link says it has expired, it means the deadline set by the company has passed.

If you'd still like to complete the Predictive Behavioral Assessment, contact the company directly to ask whether they're able to extend the deadline or send you a new invitation.

I don't think I'll finish before the deadline

If you know you won't be able to complete your Predictive Behavioral Assessment before the deadline, we recommend contacting the company you're engaged with as soon as possible.

Only the company, not Spark Hire, can decide whether to extend your deadline or provide additional time.
