Some organizations using Spark Hire may give you the option upload a picture (e.g. professional headshot) before beginning a Spark Hire interview or assessment.

If you're prompted to upload a picture, you can do so in one of two ways:

  • Drag and drop your image file into the outlined upload area.
  • Click Select file and choose your image from your device.

Not every organization using Spark Hire asks candidates to upload a picture. Each organization decides how they structure their process and what information they ask candidates to provide.

What file type does my picture need to be?

Spark Hire supports the following image file types:

  • .png
  • .jpg
  • .jpeg
  • .webp

If your image is in a different file format, you'll need to save or convert it to one of the supported file types before uploading it.

What if my picture fails to upload?

If your picture doesn't upload successfully, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Confirm that your picture is saved in one of the supported file types.
  2. Refresh the page and try uploading the file again.
  3. Restart your device and attempt the upload again.

If you're still unable to upload your picture after trying these steps, contact the Spark Hire support team for further assistance.
