Accessibility, accommodations, and alternative interview methods

If you need an accessibility accommodation or would like to request a different interview or assessment method, please contact the organization that invited you to participate as soon as possible.

Spark Hire provides the software platform, but the organization is responsible for determining what accommodations or alternative methods are available as part of its hiring or evaluation process.

Examples of requests that should be directed to the organization include, but are not limited to:

  • Requesting an accommodation because of a disability
  • Asking to complete an interview in a different format
  • Requesting additional language assistance or other accommodations needed to participate in the process

Spark Hire is not able to approve or arrange accommodations or alternative methods on behalf of the organization.

The organization is responsible for reviewing accommodation requests and determining what accommodations or alternative methods may be available based on the circumstances of your request and its hiring or evaluation process.
