Spark Hire provides the software platform, but the organization manages its own hiring or evaluation process. Because of this, Spark Hire is not able to withdraw you from the process or notify the organization on your behalf.

We recommend reaching out to the organization as soon as possible to let them know that you no longer wish to participate.

What if this isn't for a job?

Some organizations use Spark Hire for purposes other than hiring, such as admissions interviews or other evaluation processes.
