What does my internet connection speed need to be?
A reliable internet connection is important for the best one-way video interview experience.
We recommend the following connection speeds:
- Minimum: 2 Mbps upload and 2 Mbps download
- Recommended: 5 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download or higher
Meeting the recommended speeds helps provide better video and audio quality while reducing the likelihood of connection issues.
